What will the EPC cost?
Our Scale of fees are as follows:-
1 Bedroom
£ 40.00
2/3/4/ Bedrooms
£ 50.00
5/6 bedrooms
£ 65.00
Any properties with more than 7 bedrooms are charged £10.00 for each additional bedroom.
What will the Floor Plan cost?
The cost of Floor Plans are:-
1/2 Bedroom £10.00
3/4 Bedroom £15.00
5/6 Bedroom £20.00
7 Bedroom £30.00
What are the fees for an Inventory Report ?
One bedroom/studio (unfurnished property)
£ 60
On an increasing scale to a :-
Six bedroom (unfurnished property)
£ 140
Other fees are applicable for Check-in/ Check-out and interim reports.
